Distance
Healing

(Bioenergy) Energy Frequencies healing, can be  referred to as energy healing or biofield therapy, is a holistic approach that aims to balance and optimize the energy flow within an individual's biofield (the energy field that surrounds and permeates the body). This practice is based on the idea that disruptions or imbalances in the energy field can lead to physical, emotional, and mental health issues. When it comes to healing individuals in a group setting at a distance, there are a few concepts and mechanisms that proponents of energy healing often discuss:

  1. Non-Local Effects of Energy: Energy healing modalities suggest that energy is not bound by physical distance. Practitioners intend and focuse energy that can be directed across space and time to influence the biofield of an individual. This is sometimes referred to as "non-local" healing.

  2. Resonance and Synchronization: The energy fields of living beings can resonate with one another. When a healer works with a group, they may direct their healing intentions towards the collective, to establish a resonance between their own energy and the energy of the group members. This resonance is believed to facilitate healing and balance.

  3. Intention and Visualization: Practitioners often emphasize the power of intention and visualization. The healer may visualize the group members as surrounded by healing energy, envisioning their biofields becoming balanced and vibrant. The intention behind this visualization is to direct healing energy to the individuals in the group.

  4. Collective Consciousness and Energy: This suggest that group dynamics play a role. When multiple individuals come together with a common intention for healing, there is a collective consciousness that amplifies the healing energy. This synergy is enhance the overall healing effect on each individual.

  5. Receptivity and Openness: Individual participants in a group setting may have varying levels of receptivity to energy healing. Some people may be more open to receiving the healing energy and experiencing its effects, while others might be more skeptical or resistant. Openness and willingness to engage with the process can impact the outcomes.

  6. Sensitivity to Energy: People who are particularly sensitive to energy, whether due to their personal disposition or training in energy healing practices, may be more attuned to the effects of distance healing in a group setting. Sensitivity can lead to a heightened perception of shifts in energy and well-being.
